Build a Yeastar voice practice without building the whole operating layer.
TeraFi helps MSPs, IT providers, telco dealers and PBX specialists package Yeastar P-Series as a supported service. Choose the deployment model; keep the customer relationship; use TeraFi for the licensing, enablement, provisioning and support work behind it.
- Cloud-led route to market
- White-label capable
- Australian partner enablement
- Business customers only
One platform family. Different ways to deliver it.
Start with the customer’s hosting preference, scale, integration needs and support expectations—not with a one-size-fits-all feature list.
P-Series Cloud Edition
For repeatable cloud voice
A strong starting point for partners who want to launch UCaaS without operating the underlying cloud platform themselves.
- Central management across customer instances
- Web, desktop and mobile Linkus clients
- White-label options for the service experience
- Cloud PBX, collaboration and customer-engagement capabilities
P-Series Software Edition
For infrastructure control
Suited to partners or customers that need P-Series in a supported public cloud, private cloud, virtual-machine or physical-server environment.
- Choice of supported hosting environment
- Partner-managed deployment and operations
- Linkus, integrations and P-Series administration
- TeraFi licensing and partner support
P-Series Appliance Edition
For an on-site system
A purpose-built appliance can fit sites that prefer an on-premises PBX, need local physical interfaces or have a clearly defined appliance requirement.
- Purpose-built P-Series hardware
- Suitable for defined on-site deployments
- Options across the wider Yeastar hardware range
- Opportunity-led sizing and product guidance
Important: edition, plan, add-on, firmware and regional availability affect individual features. TeraFi confirms the supported combination during discovery and quoting.
More than a replacement for the desk phone.
A Yeastar opportunity can combine core telephony, user mobility, customer engagement and integration—then be packaged around the customer rather than sold as a generic PBX.
Linkus UC clients
Extend the business extension across web, desktop and mobile, with calling, presence, contacts and collaboration in one user experience.
Call handling and contact centre
Shape inbound and outbound workflows with routing, queues, operator tools, reporting and supervisor capabilities appropriate to the selected plan.
Omnichannel engagement
Bring supported messaging channels into Linkus so agents can manage customer conversations alongside voice rather than across disconnected inboxes.
Business integrations
Connect communications to Microsoft, CRM, helpdesk, identity, hospitality and storage platforms using ready-made connectors, APIs or scoped integration work.
Central management and branding
Use Yeastar Central Management for multi-customer operations and apply supported white-label settings to customer-facing portals and Linkus clients.
Endpoints and gateways
Complete the solution with compatible IP phones, headsets, appliances and gateways selected for the customer’s users and existing telephony environment.
Connect Yeastar to everyday business workflows.
Bring calling and customer context into supported CRM, helpdesk, collaboration, identity, messaging, hospitality and storage platforms.
Compatibility note: integration availability and prerequisites vary by P-Series edition, plan, firmware and third-party account. Confirm the required combination during solution design.
Turn the platform into an offer your team can repeatedly sell.
The operational work matters as much as the software. TeraFi helps connect a real opportunity to a supported delivery and support model.
Discover
Map the customer profile, deployment preference, user count, sites, integrations and current telephony.
Design
Select the edition, licences, endpoints, SIP services, branding and support responsibilities that fit.

Bring the first service live with TeraFi assisting behind the scenes through provisioning and technical support.
A practical fit for providers with customer trust already in place.
Yeastar becomes especially useful when your business already supports the customer’s network, cloud, applications or existing PBX and wants a structured way to add modern voice.
- MSPs adding unified communications beside managed IT
- PBX maintainers planning a path away from ageing systems
- Telco dealers expanding into cloud and white-label voice
- Cloud consultants needing software or hosted deployment options
- Established brands that want communications under their own name
Clarify the delivery model before the demo.
Is TeraFi selling Yeastar directly to end businesses?
TeraFi’s primary model is channel-led. We help Australian technology providers supply Yeastar solutions to their own business customers, including white-label delivery where agreed.
Which P-Series edition should a partner start with?
Cloud Edition is the lead route for repeatable UCaaS delivery. Software Edition is considered when hosting control matters, while Appliance Edition fits defined on-site requirements. The final choice depends on the opportunity.
Can the customer experience carry our brand?
Supported white-label options can apply partner branding to elements of the PBX and Linkus experience. The exact scope, prerequisites and commercial terms are confirmed during onboarding.
Does TeraFi provide licences only?
No. TeraFi can also help with pre-sales, provisioning, partner training, product supply, technical escalation and white-label end-customer support, with responsibilities agreed before launch.
Can Yeastar connect to the customer’s existing business tools?
Yes, subject to edition and plan. The P-Series ecosystem includes Microsoft, CRM, helpdesk, identity, hospitality, storage and messaging integration paths, with APIs available for suitable custom work.
Can we bring a real customer opportunity to the first conversation?
Yes—and it is usually the most useful way to assess fit. Bring approximate users, sites, current system, preferred hosting model and key integrations, but leave confidential customer data out of the initial enquiry.
Fact-checked on 27 July 2026. Product capability references were reviewed against Yeastar’s current official P-Series overview, UCaaS provider material, Partner Portal documentation and white-label guide. Feature availability can change and depends on edition, plan, licence, firmware, configuration and region.
