    Critical Information Summaries

    A Critical Information Summary (CIS) is a short, standardised document that gives you the key facts about a service in plain language, so you can understand it quickly and compare it with other offers. CIS documents are required under the Telecommunications Consumer Protections (TCP) Code.

    • A short description of the service and what is included
    • Any minimum term and the total minimum cost
    • Pricing for the service and key add-ons or excluded usage
    • Important conditions, limitations and early-termination charges
    • How to get help and make a complaint
