    Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of TeraFi services. Together with any plan terms, the Standard Form of Agreement and our policies, they form the agreement between TeraFi and the partner or customer who uses our services.

    1. The agreement

Your agreement with us is made up of these terms, the relevant plan or order details, the Standard Form of Agreement, and the policies referred to on our Legal & Compliance page. If there is any inconsistency, the order-specific terms apply first, then the plan terms, then these general terms.

    2. Providing the service

We will supply the services with due care and skill. Some services depend on third-party carriers and infrastructure, and availability, coverage and speeds can vary by location and factors outside our control.

    3. Your obligations

You must provide accurate information, pay charges when due, use the services in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, and ensure your own customers are bound by equivalent terms where you resell our services.

    4. Charges and billing

Charges, billing cycles and payment methods are set out in your plan or order. Late or failed payments may result in suspension in accordance with these terms and applicable consumer protections.

    5. Changes to services or terms

We may change services, plans or these terms. Where a change is more than minor and detrimental to you, we will give notice and, where required, the rights available to you under the Telecommunications Consumer Protections (TCP) Code.

    6. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the agreement in the circumstances it describes. We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, breach of these terms, or where required by law or a supplier.

    7. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Subject to those rights, our liability is limited as set out in the full agreement.

    8. Complaints

If something goes wrong, our Complaints Handling Policy explains how to raise it and the external options available, including the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman.
